Can I change my address after I have placed my order?


It is not possible to manage changes after an order has been placed. Please ensure your details (name, address and contact information) are correct before you proceed with your order.

What are the payment options?

You can pay securely by Card through Stripe and Paypal

My Parcel hasnt been delivered yet, what do i do?

BOLDCHOICES cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels during transit or delays beyond my control.

Any issues need to be taken up with the courier/local depo.

If you believe your order has been lost or damaged, please contact BOLDCHOICES via CONTACT PAGE and I will do my best to help.

If your order shows as being 'delivered' at the address you entered during checkout, BOLDCHOICES will not be able to take responsibility for your lost item.


Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you can choose between 3 options : £10, £20 and £50. This in an Electronic gift card

My item is faulty or damaged

For a damaged item, you will be required to submit photographic evidence of the damage/fault by emailing me together with your order number and details at contact@boldchoices.co.uk
