Things You Need to Know
I founded Bold Choices with one goal in mind: giving my customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. I conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. My store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact me if you want to learn more!
Our Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Bold Choices items are handmade and made to order. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items ship within 2 - 3 business days, during busy periods it can take up to 7 days. If you need something sooner please contact me and will try my best to accommodate.
Before you place an order with me you must first establish and satisfy yourself that the items that you wish to order will be suitable for the purpose you wish to use them for.

Delivery & Postage Fees
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail . Please allow up to 7 days from dispatched date before claiming for non-delivery.

*UK shipping options
There are currently two shipping options for UK customers:
Standard shipping is £2.99 and can take between 2-5 working days.
Express shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is £4.99 and once your order has been processed and shipped, it will be delivered the next working day. You will receive tracking information with express shipping.
FREE UK delivery is available if you spend £30 or more!

*International Shipping Options
All International orders, if applicable, will be dispatched with Royal Mail, 'International Tracked' service and you will receive your tracking details once your order has shipped.
The delivery timeframe for international orders can vary depending on location:
Within the EU - orders can take between 7-9 working days to be delivered.
Rest of the world - orders can take between 7-14 working days to be delivered (excluding delays).
All shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
FREE International delivery is available if you spend £80 or more!

International Custom Charges or Taxes
Unfortunately, international taxes and custom charges are out of my control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/customs charges depending on your location.
Taxes and customs charges are not the responsibility of Bold Choices and are not included in the total of the order or shipping cost. Please bear this information in mind, before placing your order.

Other:
I do not include paper invoices with your online order. This means that all confirmations received by email are in effect, your receipt. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all contact information provided is correct. Bold Choices is not responsible for missing parcels due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the buyer.
Returns
Unfortunately due to all scrunchies and headbands being made to order and for hygiene reasons I am unable to offer refunds and exchanges.

If there is a problem with your order upon arrival or your item is faulty please let me know within 48 hours from delivery. Please send a picture with the fault to contact@boldchoices.co.uk and i will get back to you asap.

I attempt to display product images as accurately possible. However, due to different devices you may be using and lighting, the colours in the images may vary slightly in comparison to the actual colour of the product.
